Welcome to Panna

Here's a little more about why this matters to me.

About Pav

I’m often asked how I arrived at coaching — and what drives me to do it. My journey began over six years ago, when I first stepped into the world of personal development. That led me into philosophy, psychology, spirituality, and human behaviour — and I couldn’t stop. My curiosity kept growing.

At the time, I was working in the tech sector. I enjoyed it, but something more meaningful was calling. So, I made a bold decision: I left my stable city job and spent the next few years solo-backpacking across 15+ countries in Asia. That journey reshaped how I saw life, purpose, and myself. I asked big questions — and found an answer that still guides me today: I’m here to help others live happier, more fulfilling lives. That became my why.

Coaching was the natural next step. I trained with the Academy of Executive Coaching (AoEC) — one of the UK’s leading institutions — and became a certified practitioner in executive coaching. Today, I support ambitious individuals to navigate challenges, gain clarity, and realise their potential through the system I’ve built at Panna.

This isn’t just work — it’s who I am. Holding space for deep, honest, and meaningful conversations is something I find both natural and deeply fulfilling.

About Panna

At its core, Panna exists to guide the human experience. The vision is to create a world where people grow in wisdom — not just through learning, but through lived experience. The name "Panna" comes from the ancient Pali word for wisdom — not the intellectual kind, but the deeper insight that arises from observing and engaging with life directly.

Panna isn’t built on glossy slogans or high-performance hype. This isn’t about chasing perfection or ticking every box. And I’m not here to convince you that coaching will solve everything or unlock instant happiness. Life doesn’t work like that — and neither do I. What I offer is real, grounded coaching. A space for genuine reflection, meaningful insight, and momentum that moves you into action — where change becomes lived experience.

Intentional by design

Everything in Panna has been created with meaning and intention.

You might notice that the circle in the logo isn’t perfectly symmetrical. That’s intentional. The imperfect circle represents wholeness through imperfection — a quiet nod to the human journey. Inside the circle, the three white pillars reflect the arc of transformation at the heart of my coaching philosophy: Know. Understand. Experience. They can also be interpreted as a pathway, a stack of books, or building blocks — symbols of growth and movement. The structure speaks to strength, progression, and depth, grounding the brand in clarity and quiet power.

The primary brand colour — Living Orange — was chosen with care. It symbolises energy, transformation, and vitality. Rooted in Eastern tradition, orange carries spiritual depth — a colour of simplicity and commitment to inner truth. The accent colour — Calm Vanilla — offers a soft, grounded contrast. It creates the ideal backdrop for the interplay of energy and stillness, transformation and calm. Together, they reflect the space I hold for clients: focused, reflective, and powerful.

This isn’t a brand that was thrown together overnight. Panna has been forming quietly for years, shaped through lived experience, self-inquiry, and the desire to build something meaningful, not just marketable.

His calm, collected and easy going nature really helped me to open up on issues I was not sure I was ready to talk about.
